Procurement Classification & Contracting Alignment

Reva Murphy Associates maintains a strategically selected portfolio of North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) and Product Service Codes (PSC) aligned with federal and state construction, repair, and facility sustainment demand. Our primary NAICS classification is Roofing Contractors (238160), supported by additional construction, specialty trade, building systems, design, remediation, and exterior services classifications that allow RMA to perform as both a prime contractor and subcontractor across a wide range of government programs.

RMA’s NAICS coverage includes industrial, commercial, and institutional building construction; exterior systems and specialty trade contracting; electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drywall, insulation, and finishing trades; specialized design services; landscaping; and remediation support. This structure enables flexible participation across construction, repair, alteration, maintenance, and sustainment requirements.

In addition, RMA aligns with key federal Product Service Codes used by Contracting Officers and Small Business Specialists to identify, validate, and evaluate qualified vendors. These classifications include construction of facilities, maintenance, repair, and alteration of real property, maintenance and rebuilding of construction and building materials, and roofing and siding materials. Together, these codes support accurate vendor discovery, market research, and acquisition planning across federal procurement platforms.
